Administratorii de bloc, în funcția pe care o reprezintă, au obligația să dețină semnătura electronică, pentru a putea depune declarația 112 și 100 catre autoritatea ANAF locală. Semnătura electronică poate fi eliberată administratorului, de catre ANAF, printr-un proces de autentificare cu societatea CA (Certified Authority) care să elibereze respectiva semnătură în baza unei procuri notariale.
